School Information

A connected community.
A simpler school day.

Your School Suite is building a Digital Commons for each school: one trusted place where families, students, staff, alumni and local supporters can connect with school life.

Community funded Schools never pay User data is never sold

Now in development, with a school pilot planned for spring 2027. The Orchard Valley and Copper City mockups are fictional examples of the school experience.

Who we are

Built from inside the school community.

Your School Suite is a school-community company founded by Gray Brendle, an educator and entrepreneur who understands how much time schools spend keeping people informed and involved.

Our purpose is to strengthen the connections among schools, families and the communities around them. Development began through an Appalachian State University Computer Science Capstone partnership.

What we do

Bring school life into one place.

Each school gets its own identity and community hub, designed for easy use on a phone. People can follow the teams, clubs and activities that matter to them.

Keep people informed

School announcements, calendars, schedules and activity updates give families a clear place to check what is happening.

Make participation easier

Bring visibility to athletics, arts, clubs, parent organizations and volunteer opportunities as the platform grows.

Connect community support

Give appropriate local businesses and organizations a way to support the school and the programs they care about.

The initial pilot focuses on athletics. Additional school activities and tools will be introduced as development and school feedback guide expansion.

Why schools would use it

Less searching.
More connection.

When updates are spread across emails, social media and separate websites, families miss information and staff repeat the same answers. A shared school hub gives everyone a clearer starting point and helps reduce that repeated work.

  • Save staff time. Give families one place to find approved updates, events and opportunities.
  • Reach more of the community. Help students, families, alumni and supporters discover programs beyond the ones they already know.
  • Keep school oversight. Designated administrators oversee contributor access and content review, with the ability to correct or remove content.
  • Build support without a school subscription. Community partnerships fund the platform. Personal user data is never sold.

Your School Suite complements district websites, learning platforms and other existing systems. School-approved information and useful links help the community find what it needs.

How the process works

Start with a conversation. Build together.

  1. 01

    Meet with school leadership

We discuss the school’s needs, identify a principal or administrative contact, and agree on the pilot scope and responsibilities.

  2. 02

    Authorize the school’s participation

Before onboarding or recruiting community partners for that school, we establish the appropriate agreement and permissions for school branding and campus access.

  3. 03

    Set up the school hub

We work with designated staff, the athletic director and participating organizations to organize branding, approved information, contributor roles and review procedures.

  4. 04

    Introduce the community

We help the school share its hub with families and supporters, explain how to follow activities, and connect suitable community partners.

  5. 05

    Support, learn and improve

The pilot lets us gather feedback, resolve problems and refine the experience with participating schools before expanding.

How school-generated funds are handled

School-generated community-partner and sponsorship commissions are generally paid to a school-affiliated booster club or PTA/PTSO. If the principal prefers, payments can follow the school’s designated bookkeeping process. The principal, athletic director or appropriate school organization determines internal allocations. Your School Suite does not pay individual teams, clubs, coaches or students directly.
